A £50 non-refundable booking fee is required to secure your chosen date.
Bookings are not confirmed until the booking fee has been received.
All payments are made by bank transfer. Our bank details are sent with your booking confirmation.
The remaining balance must be paid 14 days before your event.
Bookings made within 14 days of the event require full payment at the time of booking.
We will deliver, set up, style and collect your hired items at the agreed times.
Set-up and collection times are agreed with you when you book.
Please ensure the venue is accessible for delivery and collection.
Any delays outside of our control may result in additional charges.
All hire items remain the property of Blanc Bloom & Co.
The hirer is responsible for ensuring all equipment is treated with care throughout the hire period.
Equipment should not be moved or altered without prior permission.
Please ensure children are supervised around the display at all times.
The hirer accepts responsibility for any loss, theft or damage to hired items during the hire period.
Should any items require repair or replacement due to damage, misuse or loss, the hirer will be invoiced for the reasonable cost of repair or replacement.
The £50 booking fee is non-refundable.
If you cancel:
Your booking can be moved to a new date with at least 2 weeks' notice, subject to availability.
Where sweets are supplied by Blanc Bloom & Co, an allergen list will be provided.
Although every care is taken, we cannot guarantee products are free from allergens or cross-contamination.
Guests consume products at their own discretion.
We love capturing our work and may photograph our displays for use on our website and social media unless requested otherwise before your event.
Blanc Bloom & Co cannot be held responsible for delays or cancellations caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including severe weather, road closures, accidents or other unforeseen events.
Where possible, we will always work with you to find a suitable alternative.
Payment of the booking fee confirms that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms & Conditions.
